Stretch and Strengthen
This is a one hour class taken once a week. It is available to dancers ages 10 and over. Dance is a very demanding art form, requiring the dancer's body to be in good physical condition. This class will help dancers to strengthen their muscles using many different types of exercises. The exercise programs used in these classes are employed by professional ballet companies all over the world. Dancers will quickly see a change in their control, flexibility, posture and technique.
A recreational adult version of this class is also available.
